Don’t miss out on the New Moon Sound Bath. Petra Napolitano and Allison Schumann will lead our Sound Bath. We will stretch, breathe, relax and open ourselves to the sounds of the bowls, gongs and other instruments as well as the breaking waves and calling gulls. Bring a mat and blanket for comfort. Dress warmly.
