Recently, working with Allison Schumann, I have seen an increased perception to the nuances of wine while experiencing her Sensory Journey, so we have decided to combine a lesson in tasting techniques with an experience of heightening your sensory perception through sound. The Sound Journey—a vibrational, tonal musical experience will bring you more intently into the moment, so your sensory skills will be sharper and more focused, making you a more astute taster. The class includes a complimentary tasting of three wines—all of the same varietal, which will be revealed at the end of class.
