The sound bath portion will begin with a little movement to relax the body. A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound bowls to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.

Please BYOM (bring your own mat). Comfortable blankets / props welcome.
